Our History

In October, 2007 a group of 6 determined people met for several months at the Middletown Diner making calls, sending letters and inviting business owners to join our newly formed group, the A-Team.  Hal Soden, Dan Campbell, Eric Wasserfall, Antonio Scalese, Frank Tiedeken and myself believed in the BNI system.  We knew if we could find dedicated, hard working and committed individuals, we would all reap the financial benefits.  Week after week we met to discuss potential businesses to contact.  We only wanted quality companies and people.  It took several months to build our base network and we chartered the group in the first quarter of 2008.  80% of the original charter members are still active in the A-Team.
